The iMDEA Food Institute organises through the #AnnualFoodAgenda project of EIT Food a unique and sensory experience with our “Showcooking afterwork of vegetable proteins” to smell and taste a new type of vegetable protein that will surprise you.
If you are interested in changing your diet and discovering new alternative sources of protein that can replace your animal protein consumption and incorporate them into your shopping basket, you already have a plan for Tuesday afternoon!
During this session you will also meet several startups that have joined this wave of change and you will have the opportunity to witness our show cooking and taste some succulent vegetable meat tacos that only use natural ingredients avoiding becoming a processed food.
