On December 13, in the workshop kitchen of the Social Forge, original cooking workshops consisting of two parts will take place. The first part is addressed to organized groups – students at risk of social exclusion and with special educational needs, who will prepare nutritious, plant-based lunch propositions. The second part is an open to the general public workshop, during which the participants will explore the secrets of preparing plant-based sushi.
Event Introduction
“Meatless Monday” is the idea behind an international campaign that encourages people to reduce their meat consumption and take care not only of their own health, but also that of our planet. The biggest changes are made in small but regular steps, hence the idea to eliminate meat from the diet for at least one day a week, and since we like a fresh start in creating healthy habits, Monday is the perfect opportunity to do so.
