With these workshops the children will be able to learn the importance of having a good diet and the importance it has on the impact on the planet. Workshops will be held on the carbon footprint of food, the different types of agriculture and on the water cycle and the importance of having a good hydration, especially now in summer.
Event Introduction
In the natural science museum we will carry out activities on how with our diet we can contribute to reducing climate change. The activities will take place within the CSIC scientific camp.

- Mª Victoria Moreno Arribas– Doctor in Pharmacy (1997) from the Complutense University of Madrid, is a Scientific Researcher at the CSIC at the Institute of Research in Food Sciences (CIAL), of which she was the first director.
- Mariana Silva López– Doctor in Food Safety and Analytical Chemistry from the Rey Juan Carlos University, is a postdoctoral researcher at the Food Science Research Institute (CIAL).
- Carolina Cueva Sanchez– Doctor in Science Food, postdoctoral researcher at the Food Science Research Institute (CIAL).
- Natalia Molinero García– Doctor in microbiology postdoctoral researcher at the Food Science Research Institute (CIAL).
- Diego Taladrid Gandía – CIAL-CSIC predoctoral researcher, graduated in Biology from the University of León and PhD student in Food Sciences at the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM)
