Workshops “Eat, learn and act!” are aimed at encouraging students to a healthy lifestyle and making them aware that it is enough to stick to simple rules to build healthy habits. Students learn about the 5 most important principles of a healthy lifestyle, i.e. taking care of proportions (healthy eating plate and healthy eating pyramid), variety, moderation, daily physical activity and rest. During the workshop, students will also learn what myths revolve around diet-related issues, what is under the slogan Super Foods and what is the role of vitamins and minerals in the human body. Additionally, the participants will learn about the principles of Personalized Nutrition and Zero Waste attitudes. During the workshops conducted by experts from the Masepex Group and a team from the Polish Children Foundation, headed by dietitian Magdalena Janusz, participants will take part in a quiz on the knowledge gained during the workshop, have a discussion, brainstorm, a series of yes / no questions, arrange puzzles and learn about educational materials such as such as 5 missions of the game “The secret of the tailor-made diet” and the game cards “Future cards – food production 2100”.
