In the framework of this event within the activities of “Tomorrow begins today”, consumers can interact and discuss with researchers and industry professionals. Speakers will speak for 15 minutes each, followed by a 15-minute question and answer session. This will encourage an active discussion about the future of our food, sustainability in our global time, and make our audience wonder where and why these developments are occurring. We will ask the audience to participate in a short play after the talk so that we can see how they found it and what they learned.
