Join our interactive multi-discipline panel discussion, and consider difficult questions about one of our favourite and most trusted foods: How fair is Fair Trade? Can we know where every ingredient comes from? Under what conditions are the ingredients farmed? Who does the farming? Can we trust our chocolate, and could we live without it?
We will end the session with a chocolate tasting session, featuring chocolate brands wrestling with these ethical and environmental issues.
