Behind us almost a month of educational campaign! During that time we have presented 14 specially designed infographics adressing the topics of food trust, healthy nutrition and sustainability.
What are the edible parts of broccoli? Where can you find prebiotics? How gluten affects the human body? And what secret ingredient makes the most expensive bread so special? These are just a few out of over a hundered questions we asked to food researchers and experts from IARFR PAS and MASPEX. We used format-friendly factual infographics and published them in the most popular social media platforms to invite the general public to think about their dietary choices and upgrade their consumer behaviours. The online campaign with infographics was supported by one of Poland’s most popular science museums called “Center for Modernity – Mill of Knowledge”. The materials have been also delivered to 80 Polish schools, and shared with specific FB groups. All together the 14 online infographics have been viewed over 80 000 times in the social media.
